Service Description
EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique is a self-help method where you use your own hands to gently tap specific points on your body while focusing on a feeling or thought. I guide you through each step, helping you to use it to release anxiety, trauma, PTSD or stress. You do the tapping yourself while I help you to navigate the process safely and effectively.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments & Scheduling: • Sessions are by appointment only. • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full session. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. • Cancellations & Rescheduling: • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Rescheduling may be possible with at least 24 hours’ notice. • Missed sessions or late cancellations may incur a full session fee. Health & Safety: • Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before the session. • Services are not a substitute for medical care. • Sessions may be adjusted to suit your physical and emotional needs. Confidentiality: • All information shared during sessions is confidential. • No personal information or session details are recorded without explicit consent. Client Responsibility: • Clients should communicate openly about comfort levels and preferences during sessions. • Wearing appropriate clothing and following any pre-session guidance helps ensure safety and effectiveness. General: •The therapist reserves the right to refuse service if a session cannot be conducted safely. • By booking a session, clients agree to these policies.
