Cancellation Policy
Appointments & Scheduling: • Sessions are by appointment only. • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full session. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. • Cancellations & Rescheduling: • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Rescheduling may be possible with at least 24 hours’ notice. • Missed sessions or late cancellations may incur a full session fee. Confidentiality: • All information shared during sessions is confidential. • No personal information or session details are recorded without explicit consent.
